Alexis Keklak

| Licensed Acupuncturist |
Picture
Alexis is a graduate of Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine. She has also studied at Daoist Traditions and The Won Institute of Graduate Studies. In addition to being licensed to practice in North Carolina, she is certified by the National Certification Commission For Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Other certifications include Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation and NADA, the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.

She completed her undergraduate degree in Gender Studies in Paris. Her journey in wellness began when she received her certification to teach hot yoga, which she has done for fifteen years. Her understanding of the physical body through yoga has inspired an interest in treating injuries and chronic pain with acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha.
She enjoys working with a wide range of conditions, including digestive issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction, treating not only the physical manifestations, but the underlying causes.

Alexis
likes to say that she didn’t find acupuncture so much as it found her. She has been blessed to stumble upon the most amazing healers in the most unlikely of places who set her on a healing path. She strives to help her patients find their own path to health and wellness.
